Return Policy
Every pillar is hand-turned and inspected before it leaves our Nairobi workshop. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
14-day returns
You can return your pillar within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@mara.co.ke within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
